With the development and application of cloud computing,big data,Internet of things and other technologies,human beings have entered the era of data technology.In modern business,data has been put into production as a new factor of production.All kinds of industries need data to drive and guide the production and the implementation of strategy.Although data has a high value,most of the current market data is controlled by commercial giants,and most small enterprises are difficult to enjoy the dividend brought by the development of big data.The data purchase demand and data realization demand between enterprises give birth to the data market transaction.Data trading is an effective means to give full play to the value of big data and promote the rapid development of the market.However,there are still many problems in China's data trading market.The uniqueness of data resources makes it difficult to quantify its value.The traditional trading market mechanism is also prone to data leakage and infringement.Therefore,the data trading market is in urgent need of an efficient,safe and reliable trading system.How to use new technology to improve the common problems in data transaction has become a research hotspot in the industry.Based on the research of data transaction,this paper analyzes the importance of data transaction and the problems existing in data transaction,clarifies the importance of data transaction to data circulation and the development of digital economy,combs out the main reasons that hinder market data transaction,and summarizes the main problems in data transaction:data pricing and market transaction mechanism.On this basis,this paper analyzes the limitations of the current main pricing methods and trading models.Finally,aiming at the problem of data transaction,this paper proposes a data tuple pricing model based on information entropy;Aiming at the problem of data trading market mechanism,this paper uses the technical advantages of blockchain to propose a data trading system based on blockchain,designs the specific process and programmed data trading mode of data trading,and discusses the safeguard and regulatory role of blockchain in the data trading market,which provides a reference for the implementation and development of data trading system.
