With the development and application of intelligent driving technology, vehicle communication technology has been widely concerned. At present, the communication technologies mainly used in vehicle communication include vehicular ad hoc network,LTE-V2X(Long Term Evolution Vehicle to Everything)based on long term evolution and 5G-V2 X based on the fifth generation mobile communication technology. The application of vehicular ad-hoc network in the Internet of Vehicles has the disadvantages of low scalability and uncontrollable delay;the application of LTE-V2 X in the Internet of Vehicles has the disadvantages of lack of wireless spectrum resources and interference between terminals;5G has the advantages of high speed, massive access, low delay and so on,which is very suitable for the application of the Internet of vehicles, but the current coverage rate in China is not high at present. With the construction of communication infrastructure in China, there are many LTE base stations in mobile communication network. It can be said that the mature LTE and the developing 5G are the most suitable communication technologies for the development of Internet of Vehicles. In order to solve the problem of lack of wireless spectrum resources in the Internet of Vehicles,Device to Device(D2D)is one of the best solutions.D2 D technology refers to the technology of direct communication between devices without data flow passing through the base station, which is called Vehicle to Vehicle(V2V)in the Internet of Vehicles.V2 V communication uses communication resources from authorized mobile cells, which will bring same channel interference to cellular users. In this paper,a reasonable communication resource allocation algorithm based on LTE-V2 X network is designed to solve the same channel interference when vehicle users reuse the spectrum resources of cellular users,so as to improve the Qo S of vehicle users and cellular users. In addition,in order to better apply 5G technology to the Internet of Vehicles in the future, this paper proposes the corresponding resource allocation strategy for the Internet of Vehicles based on 5G system architecture. The specific content is as follows:1.This paper studies the system composition, characteristics, main communication technologies and LTE-V2 X and 5G wireless resources of the Internet of Vehicles, and makes a comparative analysis of LTE-V2 X and 5G from three aspects of application scenarios, key technologies and key performance. It also studies the resource allocation mode and co channel interference of V2 V communication technology, analyzes the shortcomings of traditional resource allocation algorithm, and puts forward improvement methods.2.In this paper, the problem of V2 V communication resource allocation in LTE-V2 X network is studied.Firstly, according to the shortcomings of traditional communication resource allocation algorithms, which need to obtain the channel state information of V2 V users and cellular users before running,a wireless resource allocation algorithm based on location partition is proposed. In order to solve the problem of same channel interference between V2 V users and cellular users, the algorithm allocates communication resources to V2 V users according to the geographical location and partition of cellular users, and makes V2 V users and cellular users far away in geographical location. In addition, the base station needs V2 V users and cellular users to detect the channel to obtain the user's channel state information. This algorithm allocates communication resources according to the user's geographical location, which can reduce the number of channel detection for V2 V users and cellular users to measure channel state information,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the resource allocation time on the premise of ensuring the system throughput.3.Aiming at the scenario that the network connected vehicles need to be prioritized according to different services in the Internet of vehicles environment,a communication resource allocation strategy based on user satisfaction is proposed.Firstly, according to the different priority of vehicle business, the vehicle is divided into different slices. Then, from the perspective of user satisfaction, the resource allocation strategy maximizes the throughput in the slice to establish the optimization problem.Resource allocation strategy is divided into two allocation, the first allocation proposes a hybrid initial allocation method, the goal is to maximize the user satisfaction in the slice;the second allocation uses heuristic search algorithm to reallocate the initial allocation of wireless resources, the goal is to maximize the user throughput in the slice. Finally, the simulation results show that the first allocation method of the strategy can effectively improve the user satisfaction compared with the dynamic allocation and static average allocation strategy, and the second allocation method of the strategy can effectively improve the throughput in slices compared with the random allocation algorithm and the polling algorithm.Compared with heuristic resource allocation strategy and random resource allocation strategy, this strategy can achieve higher throughput. In terms of running time,it can ensure the safety of vehicles.
