In recent years,with the rapid development of global economy and medical science and technology,the degree of population aging in the world is increasing,and the health care and medical treatment of middle-aged and elderly people has received great attention.In addition,the increasing unscientific study and work habits have greatly increased the incidence of sub-health and chronic diseases.Every year,many people get sick because of irregular habits,and eventually lead to disease aggravation and even death.Especially affected by the epidemic situation last year,people pay more and more attention to the importance of health monitoring.With the rapid development of medical Internet of things,family health monitoring network has gradually been popularized.Theoretically,if people can have a strong idea of medical prevention,and build an efficient health care system with clear organization and clear purpose,they can timely understand the relevant index data of physical condition,and carry out inspection based on the real data,they can find problems in the early stage and eliminate the hidden dangers brought by many diseases,Effectively prevent and cure diseases.Recently,low power data transmission and micro integrated circuits have made great progress.Wireless sensor has gradually attracted the attention of researchers in the field of health care and remote monitoring.As a kind of wireless ad hoc network,the nodes of wireless body area network are distributed inside,outside or on the surface of human body.Wireless body area network is an important part of intelligent wearable and intelligent medical.It can sense,process and transmit data,and has the advantages of simple operation and low cost.Based on the human body as the core,a wireless sensor network is constructed by combining multiple micro low-power wireless sensors and executive processing units.These sensors can transmit data with personal handheld electronic devices through communication network to achieve the purpose of visual diagnosis and remote monitoring.WBANs are widely used in various fields,especially in medical monitoring.With the emergence and application of WBAN,the level of modern medicine has achieved a leap,and the efficiency and quality of medical service and monitoring have been greatly improved,and have great significance for future medical monitoring and rehabilitation,as well as taking care of special groups with relevant needs.Therefore,how to improve the freshness of information on the basis of ensuring the orderly transmission of information on each sensor of the human body,and ensure that the information transmitted through the wireless body area network has high timeliness,is of great significance to all fields of wireless body area network applications.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.This paper expounds the concepts of wireless body area network and information age,and illustrates the significance of information freshness for wireless body area network.This paper introduces the network structure and application scenarios of wireless body area network,and constructs the information transmission model of wireless body area network status update system.2.The optimal sampling strategy based on the minimum information age is studied.The information sampling of Markov decision process(MDP)with or without the restriction of sampling rate is studied respectively.The theoretical derivation and verification of different transmission strategies are carried out.The penalty function and mutual information function of information age are used to measure the freshness of data and prove the sampling strategy of minimum information age.3.The optimal sampling strategy based on minimum mean square error is studied.The research on the optimal sampling strategy of mean square error is added to reveal the subtle relationship between information age and mean square error,and it shows that the sampling strategy of minimizing mean square error is more efficient.4.According to the above two transmission strategies,through the MATLAB simulation experiment,based on the freshness of information,the optimization of sampling strategy is proved.
