The full deployment of 5G technology has made the strategic position of China's Internet of Things(Io T)technology sink to an important infrastructure.At the same time,intelligent terminal equipment is popularized on a large scale.The explosion of mobile communication services in the Internet of Everything has brought huge traffic pressure to the current network architecture.Wide connection,high speed and low delay will be highlighted for the future wireless communication.And Device-to-Device(D2D)communication just happens to be able to break the bottleneck of network development under the large-scale dense terminal access.D2 D communication allows adjacent mobile devices to exchange information directly across the base station,which has the advantages of improving spectrum efficiency,relieving the traffic load of the core network and reducing end-to-end delay.In addition,the introduction of D2 D relay can also expand the coverage of the network.However,when D2 D users reuse the authorized spectrum resources of the cellular network,they will also bring co-channel interference to the cellular users.Therefore,it's necessary to design a reasonable and efficient resource allocation scheme to coordinate the negative effects brought by interference,so as to enhance network performances significantly.With the development of mobile communication,mobile social network has a important impact on human social activities and behaviors.Mining the data information for communication research has become a hot topic.Based on the above background,it is mainly explored that the joint optimization problem of D2 D power allocation,relay selection and mode selection in D2 D communication assisted by Mobile Relay based on cellular network in this paper.The specific research work is given as follows.1.Aiming at the resource allocation problem of D2 D communication assisted by mobile relay,a hybrid mobility model is proposed.The mobility model includes GaussMarkov mobile mode(GMMM)and mobile mode based on social relevance(SRMM).Thus it integrates the randomness of individual users with the group tendency in social network.Based on the model,D2 D power allocation,relay selection and mode selection assisted by mobile relay are studied on the premise of ensuring the Quality of Service(Qo S)of basic communication requirements of all users in the network.In order to reduce the complexity of the system,the proposed scheme firstly selects candidate relays based on social relationship.Then,a power allocation Algorithm based on Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA)is used to solve the optimal power,and a Hungarian Algorithm is used to process the relay selection process.Finally,a mode selection strategy based on energy efficiency is used to determine the communication mode.The simulation results show that social relationship has a positive effect on system performance,and the scheme has a good effect on the energy efficiency of the system.2.Aiming at the resource allocation problem of D2 D communication based on the hybrid mobility model,it is explored that three swarm intelligence optimization algorithms,Moth-flame Optimization(MFO),Grey Wolf Optimizer(GWO)and Ant Lion Optimizer(ALO),are applied in D2 D power allocation.The three algorithms have not been used to deal with D2 D communication problems.Taking overall energy efficiency of D2 D users in the system as objective function,ALO algorithm with more stable performance is obtained through the simulation of three important parameters of swarm intelligence optimization algorithm,namely population size,variable dimension and convergence.Compared with the WOA-based power control algorithm in Chapter3 of this paper,the ALO algorithm can further improve the energy efficiency of the system.It is more suitable for D2 D resource allocation scenarios assisted by mobile relay,and its superior global optimization ability is verified.
