With the rapid development of mobile communication network technology and the growth of various service requirements,users have more and more requirements for the mobile communication systems performance.Heterogeneous network communication technology can effectively expand the network coverage and improve the communication performance because of its convergence of different types of communication networks.It is very positive significance to improve communication system performance that D2 D communication technology is introduced into the heterogeneous communication network.This article focuses on the D2 D resource allocation and interference problems in heterogeneous network systems and the work completed is as follows:Firstly,a heterogeneous network communication model is built based on the optimization goal of the system throughput,the user's Quality of communication Service is secured by setting the Signal-to-Interference plus Noise Ratio(SINR)threshold in the model.Secondly,a discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm based on nonlinear dynamic inertia weight is proposed to achieve the optimal spectrum allocation for D2 D users by the optimal spectrum resource allocation matrix,and meanwhile,a closed-loop power control algorithm based on the receiving SINR is used to achieve the proper transmission power by the transmitting power dynamic adjustment.Simulation results make known that the proposed scheme can not only maximize the spectrum utilization,but also reduce the interference.That is to say,it can improve the communication performance of the system.Thirdly,a discrete pigeon-inspired optimization algorithm based on improved map compass operator and cognitive factor is proposed to optimize the resource allocation mechanism for D2 D users,and meanwhile,a closed-loop power control algorithm is used to reduce the interference in system by setting the optimum transmission power for D2 D users.The simulation results validate that the performance target throughput and spectrum efficiency of the system are improved.That is to say,it can optimize the communication quality.
