NB-IoT(Narrow Band Internet of Things),as a emerging communication technology of IoT and the most used communication technology of internet of things application in the future,has the advantages of low cost,wide coverage,large connection number and low power consumption.Network congestion affects the transmission performance of NB-IoT,while loss based congestion control algorithm is inefficient in NB-IoT communication.This topic designs and implements a industrial remote control system based on NB-IoT and BBR(Bottleneck Bandwidth and Round-Trip Propagation Time)algorithm,and limit the data transmit rate by the improved BBR congestion control algorithm for avoid network consumption in NB-IoT communication.The system has the advantages of long communication distance,low cost and stable data transmission.This paper include NB-IoT application and industrial control system analysis,BBR algorithm research,design and implementation of industrial remote control system.This paper introduces the development of NB-IoT application and industrial control system,and analyzes the utilization of NB-IoT in industrial control system.The communication quality of NB-IoT in industrial environment is measured,and the result indicate that network congestion exist in NB-IoT communication when high data rate.This paper analyzes the principle of BBR algorithm,offer an improved BBR algorithm for NB-IoT communication.In system designing,this paper analyzes the basic requirements of the industrial remote control system.The main function and structure of each part of the system is designed by this paper.The network control module based on the improved BBR algorithm and RTO(Retransmission Time Out)algorithm is designed by this paper.According to the business requirements of the turntable,the communication protocol and the database is designed by this paper.In system implementation,the selection and direction of the hardware part of the system is listed by this paper that implements the client interface,system initialization process for remote control of turntable.Finally,the result show that the system can reach the basic functional requirements and improved BBR algorithm is able to keep NB-IoT communication stable.This topic achieve that industrial device connect to Internet by low cost and stable way,idea provided for upgrading of industrial control system,has certain practical and reference value.Improved BBR algorithm keep NB-IoT has certain data rate and stable,promote the development of NB-IoT application.
