In traditional manufacturing industry,manual transportation is often used in workshop logistics transportation,which leads to low logistics efficiency and affects the production efficiency of enterprises.The application of AGV(automated guided vehicle)greatly improves the efficiency of logistics transportation.At present,the research and application of AGV are mostly related to the application scenarios of intelligent chemical plant in high-tech manufacturing industry,while the research and application of traditional garment manufacturing industry is still relatively small.Compared with the high-tech manufacturing industry,the workshop environment of traditional garment manufacturing industry is more complex,and the vehicle operation range is larger,which usually involves the linkage of multilayer workshops.In view of the workshop logistics demand of garment manufacturing enterprises,this paper studies the application of AGV system.The research and application of AGV system include vehicles,scheduling system,etc.This paper focuses on the scheduling system,develops a set of scheduling system for the clothing manufacturing enterprise workshop,and deploys it in the production workshop after the equipment joint test.On this basis,it puts forward the optimization scheme for the path planning and container sorting problem in the actual production process.This paper focuses on the following three aspects.This paper studies the related technologies of workshop logistics,deeply understands the application status of manufacturing logistics system,researches and selects a series of key technologies involved in the practical application of AGV in intelligent factory,such as navigation technology,scheduling platform micro service development technology,scheduling algorithm,etc.,so as to achieve a complete technical solution process.In this paper,the map modeling requirements of the scheduling platform are analyzed in depth,the modeling methods that meet the needs are determined,the path conflict problems in multi AGV applications are summarized and the solutions are given,and the scheduling system is developed on this basis.At the same time,in view of the fact that the storage area is scattered and there are many raw materials in the actual application site of enterprises,the paper puts forward the improvement demand to improve the sorting and transportation efficiency,and proposes an optimization algorithm combining Dijkstra algorithm and improved genetic algorithm.After Dijkstra algorithm calculates the shortest path quickly,the genetic algorithm is used to comprehensively consider the shortest path and the least shelf calculation optimization scheme.This paper proposes a possible solution for enterprise AGV storage planning.Finally,after testing the scheduling system,it is deployed in the actual production workshop.At the same time,the linkage debugging between the scheduling system and other equipment in the workshop is completed.Finally,the AGV scheduling system realizes multi equipment linkage to meet the intelligent logistics needs of the enterprise production workshop.
