With the development of aerospace technology,research on aircraft heat flow measurement technology at home and abroad has also kicked off,and gradually matured to become an important branch of thermal measurement technology,especially for the study of hypersonic velocity in complex thermal environments.The phenomenon of flow around aircraft has an irreplaceable role.The heat flow sensor used in this technology is used to measure the radiant heat flow density on the surface of the target.Different environments have different requirements for it,and there are various factors that affect the accuracy of the sensor.Therefore,the calibration of the heat flow sensor is important for improving the technology test.The accuracy and reliability of the heat flow measurement results and the promotion of the standardization of measurement technology are very important.This paper improves the measurement method on the basis of traditional blackbody radiation calibration technology.It uses radiation angle coefficient parameters to verify the calibration system by tracing the temperature field and voltage of the blackbody radiation source,and linearly fit the results.Finally,the feasibility,effectiveness and scope of application of the calibration system are tested and analyzed,so the calibration method of the heat flow sensor needs to be thoroughly studied and explained.The theoretical part of the two test methods is explained in detail to verify the applicability and effectiveness of the entire system in different temperature ranges,thereby completing the calibration test of the heat flow sensor.The fitting results and errors of the whole calibration test show that the response characteristic parameters measured in the high temperature section,with the increase of the calibration distance,the sensitivity of the system,that is,the response characteristic gradually becomes smaller,and the fitting error gradually becomes larger.It shows that this method is not suitable for the calibration test of the heat flow sensor in the high temperature non-uniform area,and the measurement of heat flow density cannot be completed.In the calibration experiment of the medium-temperature blackbody radiation source,the improved blackbody radiation calibration technology can improve the response characteristics of the system and has higher sensitivity,so that it can complete the calibration test of the Gardon meter,meet the system design requirements and feasibility,and has better High effectiveness and applicability.Utilizing the properties of the radiation angle coefficient can improve the defects caused by this type of actual situation and make up for this nonlinear result.
