Research On The Construction And Application Of User Profiles Oriented To Knowledge Service

In today's era,the rapid development of the Internet has innovated the form of knowledge service and accelerated the speed of knowledge dissemination.Under this background,the "fourth paradigm" of Library and information research emerges as the times require.The supply side of digital library has also changed from extensive to accurate services.Traditional knowledge services can no longer meet the growing diversified needs of users,It is the general trend to provide users with deep and comprehensive application services.In order to provide better knowledge services,the National Agricultural Library has built an academic ecosystem under the big data environment.The agricultural professional knowledge service system has constructed a multi-dimensional knowledge service product system,realized the integration of multiple topics,and provided online one-stop knowledge discovery services.However,it needs to be further improved in the accurate and personalized services for users,We need to make full use of the huge amount of user data generated by it to fully understand the user behavior.As an intermediate medium,user portrait has become a research hotspot in all walks of life.It can fully mine user information,comprehensively depict user preferences and behavior characteristics,and provide a strong basis for better meeting user needs.In the existing research on the construction of knowledge service-oriented portraits,it is not common for the agricultural user groups.Therefore,based on this,this paper takes the agricultural knowledge system as an example,and carries out three parts of the main research:(1)starting from the relevant theoretical research of user portraits,this paper analyzes the data collection,data collection and user portraits related to the research of digital library user portraits Data preprocessing and data mining related technical basis.(2)This paper analyzes the needs and functions of digital library user portraits,and designs the construction process of agricultural user portraits for knowledge services in detail.Starting from the data preparation layer,data processing layer,visualization layer and application service layer,it describes the specific construction ideas and technical methods of each layer.Among them,user data mining and tag mapping are the most important links.The user tag system is designed into five categories:user basic attributes,user research attributes,user activity,user access preferences and user research interests.The mining ideas for explicit tags and implicit tags are provided to better mine tag information,Label prediction and dynamic management.(3)Based on the construction process of user portraits,this paper preliminarily realizes the data collection and visualization of user portraits,and designs several application scenarios,such as user clustering,personalized recommendation,intelligent retrieval,subject service,access analysis and service detection,and further designs the functions that can be realized and the preliminary presentation effect of each scenario.Through the research of the above parts,this paper forms a knowledge service-oriented portrait model based on agricultural user groups,and basically completes the process design of the whole user portrait and the functional conception of the application scenario.The user portrait model for knowledge service proposed in this paper can effectively improve the efficiency of user data collection and data processing,further understand the user needs,and lay the foundation for providing better personalized services,enhancing user stickiness,and exploring more application scenarios.
