With the continuous development of industrial technology and the development of industrial production,quality of life and other important parameters are used in our country.In this paper,through the comparative analysis of the existing tension force measurement methods,magneto elastic effect method compared with the traditional tension force measurement method,it has higher accuracy,can complete the real-time monitoring of the tension force,and has no damage to the measured parts,it is a non-contact measurement method,but because it is a new measurement method,so its research started late Because of the technical blockade of foreign countries,the theoretical system of magneto elastic effect method is not fully mature,and the specific theoretical model of magneto elastic effect is still in the stage of exploration and development.Based on this,the research of this subject is carried out with the help of the pre research project "surface self sensing technology of transmission parameters based on magnetic modulation" of China Electronics Technology Group.On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign magneto elastic effect related literature and deeply analyzing the mechanism of magneto elastic effect method,the specific size parameters of the existing commonly used sleeve type double coil magneto elastic effect tension and pressure sensor are optimized,and a high precision magneto elastic effect tension and pressure sensor is designed,which is verified by simulation and experiment.From the point of view of energy conservation,the magneto elastic effect method is analyzed in detail,and a theoretical model between the tension force and permeability is established.The core of the magneto elastic effect method is determined by the simulation analysis and calculation with MATLAB software,that is,the mathematical theoretical relationship model between the tension force and permeability.In view of the magnetic leakage phenomenon caused by the magnetic circuit,we add a magnet and external tooling to reduce the magnetic leakage.The thickness of the external tooling wall and internal magnet of the sensor is simulated and analyzed by COMSOL software,and the specific size parameters are optimized.According to the required magnetic field environment and the requirements of the actual received signal,the induction coil and excitation coil of the sensor are analyzed and optimized in detail.Finally,the optimized tension and pressure sensor based on magneto elastic effect is manufactured,and a set of tension and pressure test platform is built for it.The data of the sensor is collected through many times of tension and pressure experiments,and the data is processed and analyzed by MATLAB software.The sensitivity,linearity,nonlinearity and repeatability error of the sensor are analyzed Through experiments and data analysis,the correctness and rationality of the design of the magneto elastic effect sensor are verified,and the prospect of the magneto elastic effect method to measure the tensile force is also verified.It provides a specific theoretical model and effective test method for the magneto elastic effect method to measure the tensile force.
