| As a common way of information collection,information collection based on form is widely used in various office scenes,and some occasions need to use paper form to collect information.For example,for traditional enterprises such as industrial manufacturing and construction,it is still normal for paper forms to be filled in and stamped due to the limited on-site environment and information-based equipment,and some internal office information systems are not geared to the public,however,it needs external specific personnel or departments for information seal authentication,so it is not realistic to completely realize paperless office at this stage.Nowadays the common paper form information system input methods generally through manual or OCR methods,but these two methods are not only slow and high error rate.In order to solve this problem,this paper presents a new idea of applying Qr Code Technology to information fast collection,and develops a complete form information fast collection system based on intelligent mobile terminal.The system is a closed-loop structure which consists of three parts: Information Filling,information reading and information checking.The system uses C + +,Java,Mysql and other technologies to develop,first of all,the configuration file is parsed and the GUI is generated automatically,then the customized PC program fills in the offline information and encodes the information In the following part,the mobile intelligent terminal is used as the carrier,and the two-dimensional decoding and information submission are realized by the Android end,it includes the functions of authority management and audit confirmation.This paper studies,designs and realizes the form information fast input system,which is simple in structure,complete in flow,convenient in use,and can satisfy the application demand of off-line form under the special situation,it also provides a new idea for the combination of form and Qr Code. |
