With the introduction of the concept of precision agriculture,water and fertilizer integrated fertilizer applicator has emerged in China,which can accurately control the amount of fertilizer and reduce labor force.At present,the integration of water and fertilizer integrated fertilizer applicator and internet of things technology is low,and a lot of labor forces are wasted.At the same time,China's agricultural power grid will be affected by high-power equipment,resulting in large voltage fluctuations and inability to accurately control the amount of fertilizer.Confronted with the above problems,the hardware and software of the fertilizer applicator controller were designed in this paper.The existing wireless communication scheme in hardware is improved,and two wireless communication technologies are adopted to realize remote monitoring and control of the fertilizer applicator on the platform.At the same time,the drive circuit of the fertilization pump is improved,and the drive circuit of the fertilization pump of the brushless DC motor is designed.The software uses the BP neural network PI control method to control the fertilizer pump and uses the sliding filter speed measurement method to improve the accuracy of the speed measurement of the fertilizer pump.According to the above control method,compile a software program to control the fertilizer pump,improve the operation stability of the fertilizer pump,and accurately control the amount of fertilizer.The above functions are tested by building a test platform,and the test results show that the use of the sliding filter speed measurement method can improve the accuracy of the speed measurement of the fertilizer pump.The fertilizer applicator can communicate steadily with the platform.The local manual and automatic control of the fertilizer applicator has a fast response speed.The remote control of the platform has a small delay,and the data uploaded by the fertilizer applicator can be viewed in real-time.The BP neural network PI control method controls the fertilization pump,which can accurately control the fertilization amount.After testing,all the functions meet the design requirements,which can realize the remote monitoring and control of the platform,and can accurately control the amount of fertilizer.
