Research And Implementation Of Converged Network Management System Based On SDN

Software Defined Networking(SDN)is a new network architecture,which is proposed to meet the network technical challenges brought by network expansion.With the application and promotion of the SDN architecture,more and more converged network scenarios have emerged.However,there are big differences between SDN network switching equipment and traditional switches in terms of hardware architecture,protocol layering,management protocol,etc.In addition,SDN network management lacks unified management protocol support,so the research on SDN-based converged network network management technology appears especially important.Based on the research of SDN-related protocol technology,and other core technologies,this thesis designs and implements an SDN converged network management system based on B/S architecture-SDN_CNMS,aiming at the three core issues in the converged network management system,designs and implements specific functional modules.1)Aiming at the automated configuration of the converged network,this thesis designs a converged network management model based on SNMP4SDN in SDN_CNMS.With the help of the controller's ability to configure traditional switching nodes,the converged network's control logic for multiple types of equipment is centralized.At the application layer system level,it provides automatic configuration entry for network managers,to meet the basic network element configuration requirements of administrators.2)Aiming at the state awareness of the converged network,this thesis adopts the divide-and-conquer management method of SNMP and OVSDB.SDN_CNMS fully combines the advantages of SNMP and OVSDB,and realizes the centralized information management of equipments in the converged network in the SDN_CNMS system.3)For the fault management of the converged network,SDN_CNMS designed a fault detection management mode based on topological HashMap storage.In this mode,SDN_CNMS designed a fault detection algorithm based on topological nodes and links,polled and detected the nodes and fault information in the converged network.In addition,this mode provide alarm information management in the fault alarm management module.To a certain extent,the mode realize the fault detection and alarm management of a small-scale single-controller fusion network.Based on the research,SDN_CNMS provides a converged network management system for administrator users.The system contains client user management module,automatic configuration module,network state awareness module,topology management module,and fault management module.Through technical research,architecture design,module implementation,and functional testing of SDN_CNMS,the implementation effect of SDN_CNMS shows that the converged network management system can effectively meet the management function requirements,and help improve network management efficiency.
