Research On The Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Of Provincial Public Libraries In China

As the crystallization of excellent national culture,intangible cultural heritage is the cultural home and spiritual bond of a nation that has been passed down from generation to generation.However,in recent years,with the acceleration of globalization,the survival and development of intangible cultural heritage have been threatened.As a place for preserving and disseminating culture,the library is an inescapable responsibility to protect intangible cultural heritage.In order to further understand the development of intangible cultural heritage protection work in provincial public libraries,this research mainly adopts network survey method,descriptive statistical analysis method,visual analysis method,social network analysis method,case analysis method and SWOT analysis method.Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the protection of intangible cultural heritage.This research mainly grasps the intangible cultural heritage protection work of the library from a macro perspective,focuses on the two perspectives of the construction of intangible cultural heritage database resources and the promotion of intangible cultural heritage,and discusses the practical activities of the library to preserve and disseminate intangible cultural heritage.First of all,the network survey method was used to investigate the intangible cultural heritage database resources of 34 provincial public libraries in addition to Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan.Specifically,it is to log on the official website of the library to investigate the construction of intangible cultural heritage database resources from the aspects of intangible cultural heritage data names,resource display methods,retrieval methods,and openness;then use inductive summary and descriptive statistical methods to investigate The results are analyzed.It turns out that although the library has made certain achievements in the construction of intangible cultural heritage database resources,there are still some problems.Secondly,based on the tweets related to "intangible cultural heritage" or "intangible cultural heritage" searched on the We Chat official account platform,the library conducts research and discussion on the promotion of intangible cultural heritage.This part of the research first conducts a statistical analysis of the number of tweets,and then selects relevant articles in 2020 as the research content of this part.This research eliminates articles that are not highly relevant,and filters and sorts relevant text information on this basis,and then uses Python tools and UCINET software to perform word cloud analysis and social network analysis on the sorted and summarized text information.Mainly analyze the formal characteristics,time characteristics and cooperative relations of related activities.Afterwards,I summarized the problems existing in the practice of intangible cultural heritage protection in libraries,and the conclusions are as follows: Do not attach importance to intangible cultural heritage protection,and the position of the library itself in the intangible cultural heritage protection practice is not clear;The degree of digitalization of intangible cultural heritage protection is low;Reading promotion activities are scattered,and the brand advantage of intangible cultural heritage reading has not been formed;The intangible cultural heritage protection service lacks innovation;There is little cooperation and exchange.Then,aiming at the problems found in the above-mentioned research process,we look for excellent practical cases and learn from their successful practices,hoping to provide references for our libraries to carry out intangible heritage protection work.Then use swot analysis method to make strategic analysis on the intangible cultural heritage protection work of the library.Finally,on the basis of strategic analysis,combined with the problems found in the research,an effective development path for the library to protect intangible cultural heritage is proposed,that is,the library must clarify its role in the intangible cultural heritage protection work,take the initiative to play its own advantages;strengthen digitalization The application of technology,the development of intangible cultural heritage services;to build the library's "intangible cultural heritage" cultural brand,enhance the library's influence in the protection of intangible cultural heritage;strengthen exchanges and cooperation;open intangible cultural heritage museums.
