Analysis Of The Development Trend Of Facility Vegetable Sensor Technology Based On Patent Layout

Facility vegetables are mainly used to produce anti-season vegetables through greenhouse production.As the core of agricultural IoT monitoring,the related technology research and development has always been the central issue.Through the analysis of sensor patent technology,we can grasp the technological development in the field of facility agriculture.Globally,the literature on technical patent analysis in the field of facility agriculture has gradually increased,but no research results have been conducted on the patent layout of facility vegetable sensor technology.Based on this,this paper uses the Derwent Data Analyzer(DDA)to conduct patent layout research on global and Chinese facility vegetable sensor technology.The total number of patent for vegetable sensor technology in the world is 5,836.This article analyzes from the perspectives of technology development,regional layout,applicants,inventors,and technical topics.At present,the facility vegetable sensor technology is in a rapid growth period.The number of patent applications will continue to grow rapidly;China,the United States and South Korea are the regions with the highest number of patent applications;the technical topics are mainly distributed in the "planting process","greenhouse/shed and its installation","control technology" and "water and fertilizer management".Based on the analysis of the global development trend,the author analyzes the development of facility vegetable sensor technology in China through the angle of IPC and legal status,and provides development strategies and suggestions.From the perspectives of economic strength,technical strength and patent distribution,China has great differences with foreign developed countries.China's development in this field started late.Although it has become a large patent application country in the field of facility vegetable sensor technology,but the quality of patents in China is poor,and the core patents are few.It will help the industry to understand the development status of the technology field,key enterprises,and clarify the development direction of China in the field of facility vegetable sensors.China's facility vegetable sensor technology patent layout has a long way to go,and it is a technical field worthy of in-depth research in China.At present,the field is in a period of rapid growth,patent applications are concentrated in the country,and industry-university-research cooperation is lacking.Therefore,China can support and increase research and development efforts by formulating relevant policies,and strive to grasp the core technology to enhance its competitiveness in international patent layout.The company actively cooperates with universities and scientific research institutions to strengthen independent research and development,develop high-end application technology,build a complete patent portfolio,and realize the industrial application of patented technology achievements at an early date.
