With the technological scientific and the economic development of China,artificial intelligence is becoming more and more common.The high-quality products and people's high quality of life go hand in hand.Electronic products' popularity makes competition among electronic manufacturing companies are becoming more and more competitive.In order to get industrial advantages among the competition,each company competes to expand its business.Many companies in electronic industry cannot gain more market position and competitive advantage because the money and resources are poor.The list has become one of the main ways in which many companies can expand financial channels.If a company wants to be on the list,it can choose two ways: the first is a traditional IPO,and the second is a back door listing which is more and more popular with the recent years.Oppositely the back door listing is much faster than IPO Listing And the time is much shorter than IPO listing.Finally back door listing becomes a better choice for many small and medium-sized enterprises to become entrepreneurial.However,in these years the capital markets have introduced lots of new requirements for back door listing.How to list successfully with the method of the back door is an important subject.The research subject of this paper is Linyi technology,which is listed on the Jiangfe magnetic material exchange.Since Linyi Zhizao is a leading company in its industry of electronic components,it has a certain representation.According to this document,i analysis the economic performance of Lingyizhizao before and after its listing,also analysis Lingyizhizao with other companies in the same industry.Combined with the results,we can find that after the listing has the following problems: short-term economic performance is better than long-term economic performance,huge profit fluctuation in Lingyizhizao and high costs of industrial integration.Finally I hope that research into this paper in electronic components companies can be a benchmark,in the case of back door listing of undertakings in the industry.
