In recent years the rapid growth of the number of female researchers but outstanding scientific research personnel in the number of women is still in a lower level,gender is one of the important influencing factors through scientific research personnel career,scientists position promotion,academic output if there is a significant gender difference,the scientists involved in scientific research activities affected by what factors,including whether there was a significant gender differences related scholars become the main problems are discussed.At present,the domestic and foreign studies on the gender difference of researchers' career career mostly start from the single point of view of researchers' academic output and institutional flow,but there are some shortcomings such as the single research object and research content,and relatively few studies on the gender difference of researchers from multiple points of view.Taking outstanding researchers in the fields of economics and computer science as the research objects,this paper explores the gender differences in the growth track and key influencing factors of outstanding researchers,and provides suggestions for exploring the law of career growth of researchers.This article select outstanding researchers in the field of national economics and computer science as the research object,through the selection and collection of outstanding scientific research personnel resume information,scientific research personnel education information(bachelor's,master's,doctorate access time),the title promotion information(high),is a senior title promotion time,academic output information(Ph D-deputy high promotion,promotion high-promotion are senior thesis output),growth trajectory information(postdoctoral experience,study abroad experience,a visiting scholar position,social part-time experience,administrative experience,flow experience).First of all,this paper defines the time points of scholars' entry into academia according to their resumes,draws the survival function diagrams of scholars' promotion process of deputy high and normal high by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis method,and explains the gender difference in the promotion speed of professional title at different stages of scientific research personnel's career and its practical significance by combining the survival function diagrams.Further,this article from the perspective of academic output,through mapping the undergraduate course,Dr-Ph D-high,high-is senior,senior-is still four stages academic output variation of scientific research personnel,and in combination with fixed number of year of the scientific research personnel needed by the responsibility.it analysis researchers title promotion and the relationship between the academic output,then through the Pearson correlation analysis to explore the scientific research personnel of the correlation between academic output and responsibility.it.At the end of the paper from various disciplines outstanding scientific research personnel career key factors perspective,using survival analysis Cox proportional hazards regression model to explore the different gender grow the key influence factors in the process of scientific research personnel and analysis key discipline,outstanding scientific research personnel career influencing factors of the cause of the gender differences appear,to explore the key influence factor of scientific researchers subject differences,for scientific research personnel career planning,development,scientific and effective policy Suggestions are put forward.Study shows that the field of economics and computer science outstanding scientific research personnel in the process of responsibility.it has significant gender differences,the survival function diagram can be seen,women promotion speed promotion speed significantly slower than men,and women scholars and men age gap as responsibility.it needed for promotion by the deputy high titles to is being gradually expanded,the transition of the senior title of professional title promotion Matthew effect between different gender in the process of scientific research personnel;According to the graph of scientific research output,male scientific research output is more than female in general.According to the graph of promotion years of professional title,male scientific research output is less than female.There is a significant negative correlation between academic output and promotion years of professional title in the stage of associate senior title to senior title.By Cox regression analysis shows that a prominent researchers in the field of economics and computer science is senior titles in the promotion of the key factors affecting the significant gender differences,men in economics researchers key influence factor for overseas study experience and administrative job experience,key influence factors for women in economics researchers study abroad experience,flow experience;The key influencing factors for male computer science researchers were visiting scholar experience,social part-time work experience and administrative position experience,while the key influencing factors for female computer science researchers were postdoctoral experience and administrative position experience.Among the key influencing factors,institutional flow has a significant negative correlation,which can slow down the promotion speed of female economic researchers' professional title,while the other key influencing factors have a significant positive correlation,which can promote the promotion of scientific researchers' professional title.
