With the rapid development of industrial Internet,people pay more and more attention to the collection and analysis of industrial data in the field of industrial control.At present,in the field of industrial data collection,there are a variety of industrial protocol standards,and various protocols are not compatible,resulting in the difficulty of data analysis and data format conversion in data collection.At the same time,most of the data acquisition and analysis platform software is aimed at enterprise-level applications,which cannot meet the needs of individuals in data acquisition and analysis.Another problem is that there are many data acquisition software,but it does not provide subsequent data processing and analysis functions,resulting in the separation of data acquisition and data analysis functions,which is not conducive to the analysis and utilization of collected data.In order to solve the above problems,this paper developed data acquisition and analysis software for commonly used industrial controllers and sensor equipment.First of all,the software uses the PIC micro-control designed and developed by the laboratory as the data acquisition equipment.At the same time,in order to ensure the universality of the software and facilitate the access of other acquisition equipment,the software provides communication functions based on TCP protocol,Modbus protocol and other communication protocols.The software can realize the multi-channel data acquisition function of multi-communication protocol,and can display the multi-channel data in real time.Secondly,the software provides the function of program development.Users can implement the algorithm through software,and analyze and verify the algorithm through the collected data and the correlation function provided by the software function library.In the function library of the software,the commonly used numerical analysis function and data visualization function are repackaged and classified to facilitate users to analyze the data.Finally,in order to ensure the scalability of software functions,the software draws on the idea of plug-in development,and uses a dynamic loading mechanism to facilitate users to expand software functions according to their own needs.In addition,in order to enable users to use the software efficiently,a resource sharing server is set up.Users can share the collected data,the algorithm and the function function of software function expansion,so as to realize resource sharing and cooperative development.The software has been tested and used,the design of various functions can be stable operation,although there are some need for later improvement,but overall,the software in industrial data collection and analysis,can play a role.
