In the pre-sales and after-sales service in the industrial field,the communication process is time-consuming and labor-intensive due to the lack of synchronous perception of the equipment by the customer service and customers.With the arrival of 5G,many industrial manufacturers have begun to use AR technology for remote communication and assistance.However,industrial-grade interactive AR technology often requires a wearable device as a carrier,which is expensive and difficult to carry.However,AR applications based on mobile terminal applications face difficulties in multi-system development and high user experience thresholds,making it difficult to promote them in large areas.In comparison,Web-based AR technology is cross-platform,lightweight,and easy to disseminate,and can better promote and develop AR technology.But at this stage,WebAR experiences are all single-player versions and lack multi-person interactive solutions.This article first proposes and designs a set of multi-person interactive WebAR systems for intelligent customer service application scenarios.The main innovations include two parts:(1)Aiming at the problems of poor universality and high cost of current wearable AR technology and application-based AR applications.This paper first proposes a lightweight,cross-platform WebAR service solution based on Web technology,which can support real-time interaction among 3-5 users.The solution supports media communication and interaction between users such as audio,video and instant messaging.At the same time,users in the same AR scene can also share 3D virtual objects,and the interaction between any user and the model will be synchronized to other users' pages in real time.(2)The communication methods in the existing multi-person interactive CloudAR technology of ARKit and ARCore are mainly server-forwarded transmission.Due to the transmission of multimedia data and the real-time distribution of interactive control information,the processing pressure on the server side is high,which in turn generates high mobile energy consumption and high transmission delay.To this end,this paper adopts a P2P-based communication mode in the multi-person interactive WebAR system.The system will establish P2P connections among the communicating parties and propose a path optimization algorithm based on this.The algorithm will comprehensively evaluate the mobile energy consumption and transmission delay of each link to find the node map of the communication link with the best system performance,thereby achieve efficient information distribution and transmission.Based on the above two aspects of innovative research content,this article designs and implements a multi-person interactive WebAR prototype system for intelligent customer service,and tests the function and performance of the system.The test results show that the multi-person interactive WebAR system can functionally meet the basic customer service needs in the industrial field.On the premise of ensuring the immediacy and stability in customer service communication,one session can support real-time data communication between 3-5 clients in terms of performance.
