In the 21st century,science and technology have continued to advance,and multimedia technology has become increasingly mature.High-definition and real-time have become the most important indicators in multimedia services.Under the increasing storage and transmission challenges of video data information,video coding technology and bit rate control technology have become the most important research technology points.The current bit rate control scheme in the AVS2 coding standard is a fuzzy logic bit rate control method,which has certain limitations and does not take into account the special characteristics of different frames of video.In frame images with low image complexity or high inter-frame correlation,you can further adjust the bit rate by appropriately adjusting the quantization parameter QP.The quantization parameter adjustment scheme studied in this subject is mainly to analyze the encoding block division and encoding block prediction mode selection in the AVS2 video encoding process,and adjust the quantization parameter QP of each frame image through a certain proportion of feedback,further in details The effect of bit rate control to deepen video image complexity and inter-frame correlation.There are two main innovations in the design and technical implementation of this subject:First,a detailed analysis of the coding block division process of the AVS2 coding standard,using the proportion of different size block divisions to reflect the image complexity,and then The bit rate is appropriately compressed by adjusting the quantization parameter QP.Second,analyze the intra/inter prediction process in depth,study the prediction mode selection after block division,and use the proportion of pixels in the inter prediction mode to appropriately adjust the quantization parameter QP to achieve the appropriate compression code rate.purpose.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.AVS2 coding platform construction,which mainly includes the installation of virtual machine system Linux,the construction of FFmpeg multimedia processing framework,and the construction of XAVS2 code running environment.2.Initialization and operation adjustment of XAVS2 code.3.Research and analysis of the original XAVS2 block division and bit rate control related parts.Based on this,an appropriate adjustment scheme is used to adjust the quantization parameter QP,and the test is performed with a general test sequence to verify the performance.It can be seen from the test results that the bit rate distortion ratio(BD-Rate)of this scheme has obtained a good gain effect,and can further adjust and control the bit rate based on the original bit rate control.
