With the rapid development of communication technology,the public's demand for the performance of wireless communication equipment carrying small antennas has also increased.As the key step in the design of wireless communication equipment,the design of the antenna depends on the antenna efficiency.The efficiency of the antenna can directly determine the performance of the communication device.Antenna manufacturers are usually unable to provide accurate antenna efficiency,usually only provide a rough range,or simply do not provide the value of antenna efficiency,so how to accurately measure antenna efficiency has become a popular research direction.The scenes in real life are very complicated and changeable,which leads to the electromagnetic environment being very complicated and changeable.However,it is impossible to measure all scenes.Therefore,scientific and technological personnel have developed two kinds of electromagnetic shielding rooms,namely electromagnetic reverberation room and radio wave dark room.The electromagnetic reverberation chamber is a metal chamber equipped with a stepping motor,which is equipped with a metal stirring paddle.Under the continuous stirring of the metal stirring slurry,as the position of the stirring blade changes,the boundary conditions inside the chamber will also change.Compared with the anechoic chamber,the cost of the electromagnetic reverberation chamber is greatly reduced,and because the electromagnetic reverberation chamber can provide a much more complicated electromagnetic environment in the chamber than the actual situation through the different stirring states of the stirring paddle,the measured data can be made Reliable enough,and the method is relatively simple.Therefore,this paper expands the research based on the measurement of the antenna efficiency of the electromagnetic reverberation room,and gives the principle of using the single antenna method,the double antenna method,and the three antenna method.In the actual experiment,the vector network analyzer ZVA24 was used to measure and obtain the total efficiency of the omnidirectional antenna SBA9113,the omnidirectional antenna SBA9112 and the log period antenna,also known as the omnidirectional antenna HL050.And radiation efficiency,based on the analysis of the uncertainty of the experimental data,so that the measured antenna efficiency results have higher effectiveness and reliability.
