In recent years,the rapid growth of the microwave communication system and radar industry has also promoted the development of microwave high-bandwidth,high-power and high-efficiency microwave high-power synthesizers.This article details the classification of circuit synthesis methods.The system expounds 5 synthesis methods,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several categories in detail,and introduces the environment under which it is used;introduces the factors affecting the efficiency of the synthesizer: circuit loss,electromagnetic signal amplitude in the branch And phase;detailed analysis of the relationship between the three factors and efficiency.In chapters three and four,elaborated on the electromagnetic theory and design rules,model building methods and synthesis theory of radial synthesizers and coaxial radial synthesizers,and designed a 40-50 GHz 6 based on the above knowledge.Road millimeter wave radial synthesizer,the input return loss is less than-20 d B,and the insertion loss is between-7.7d B and 7.9d B.The simulation results are as expected.In Chapter 4,designed and produced 15-25 GHz 4-way submillimeter wave coaxial radial synthesizer,input return loss is less than-10 d B,insertion loss is about-7d B.The test results are basically the same as the simulation.In Chapter 5,introduced the planar waveguide T-junction combined with the microstrip probe and successfully applied it to the X-band power amplifier.The test results show that the design achieves the target perfectly.
