Webtext-based Quality Of Experience (QoE) Study On Leisure Agriculture Tourism In Jiuzhou Town

Through the analysis of online tourist reviews,this paper studied the QoE of leisure agriculture tourism in Jiuzhou Town,and thereby proposed strategies for the improvement thereof.To start with,it built the evaluation index of the QoE of leisure agriculture tourism as the reference frame,so as to study the QoE reviews of leisure agriculture tourism in Jiuzhou Town.Firstly,it sampled five typical leisure agriculture tourist spots for study purposes.Online reviews made by tourists to these five spots before February 1,2020 were obtained on Ctrip.com and mafengwo.cn,respectively.Secondly,through the critical incident technique and generic analysis,it analyzed and categorized the data to build five evaluation factors and 18 evaluation indexes for the QoE of leisure agriculture tourism.With the index built,it obtained likewise the online reviews made by tourists to the Jiuzhou Ecological and Cultural Tourism Town,and categorized the data based on the evaluation index.After an overall sentiment analysis of the whole text content,it made a sentiment analysis of every specific reference point of the categorized online tourist review text for Jiuzhou Town,and summarized the tourist sentimental tendency for every reference point under the evaluation index frame.The disadvantages and advantages of the local leisure agriculture in the quality evaluation index of tourism experience were thus obtained.Finally,combining the results with field research,it came up with specific optimization strategies for the creation of environmental atmosphere,the design of projects,the forging of catering and accommodation,the improvement of internal traffic and the construction of management services.This paper is of some practical significance.It helps local operators to get a more accurate understanding of the experience needs of tourists,thereby enabling them to develop and manage in a targeted manner.
