Efficient meetings include not only the efficiency of discussion, but also the efficiency of sharing. For the current listening process in the conference,in addition to the interfering means of directly interrupting the sharing, there is no non-interfering design to solve the lack of basic and clear communication between the audience and the presenter. On the one hand, the presenter cannot obtain the feedback of the audience in a timely during the sharing process,so he cannot flexibly adjust his content to suit the needs of the audience. On the other hand, when the listeners have doubts or different opinions in the process of listening to the lecture, they cannot convey the expression to the presenter in time. Therefore, the accuracy of the bidirectional transmission of information in the listening process is greatly reduced, which in turn affects the efficiency of subsequent process. The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of information exchange during the listening process of the conference. The research direction is to improve the information exchange between the listener and the presenter with the establishment of a low-interference timely feedback mechanism. This research is based on information theory and cognitive theory to explain the information transmission process in this scenario. It proved the necessity of low-interference timely feedback from the two aspects of information output and information reception, and build a timely feedback model. The analysis of the experience of both sides from questionnaire survey summarizes the accurate experience requirements with timely feedback.Based on the proposed low-interference and timely feedback model, the research proposed software and hardware as design solutions to provide a reference for further applications, combined with various common settings that match the real conference listening scene. At the same time, this research also provides a new perspective and direction for improving the overall efficiency and experience of scenes such as classroom teaching that are similar to conferences.
