With the improvement of automation technology,more and more industries are automating their product lines to improve production efficiency.Display production industry,with the increase in market demand for monitors,monitors,production efficiency has become the development of enterprises.Must face the problem,due to rising labor costs in China in recent years,the display production automation direction is the inevitable trend of development.In order to solve the low degree of automation of display production and automatic gripping equipment in the gripping process of thinfilm adhesion problems,this paper carried out the display Research on the process of automatic optical sheet gripping equipment.The mechanical structure of the display optical thin sheet automatic gripping device was determined by analyzing the display optical thin sheet automatic gripping process.form,the establishment of the three-dimensional model of the equipment is completed.Through the analysis of the requirements of the control system,the hardware of the control system is determined,and then the controller according to the design of the control system PLC's I/O port assignments,wiring diagrams and schematics of the electrical control system were designed,followed by the motion control requirements for drawing The action flow chart of the equipment,the corresponding equipment configuration,complete the ladder program writing.Finally,the program was debugged to complete the design.Then to verify the overall scheme of the gripping device,use simulation software to conduct static analysis of the frame of the gripping device,and the dynamic characteristics of the gripping device and kinematic simulation,so as to effectively avoid design errors and verify whether the designed gripping meet the requirements.By analyzing the causes of adhesion of optical sheets during the stacking process,a mechanical model of sheet adhesion is developed and obtained.Conditions that destroy the bond structure.Based on the reasons for the bonding of the thin sheet,the separation method of the optical thin sheet is established and a specific separation device is designed accordingly.Then we investigate the calculation method of the theory of large deflection deformation in bending of the sheet,according to which we can obtain the deformation of the sheet at each point during bending.The displacements,stresses,and strains of the optical thin plates were verified by simulation software.The deformation effect of the forced deformation device on the optical thin plate is then verified by simulation software.The grasping tests were carried out by the grasping test bench for grasping without and with forced deformation devices,respectively,and the results obtained were reviewed A comparative analysis is carried out to verify the separation effect of the designed separation device.Finally,a set of simple structure,reliable operation of the display optical sheet gripping device and separation device is developed,which can effectively solve the problem of Thin sheet sticking problems and completing grabbing tasks.
