Laser communication technology is widely used in military,civilian and other fields.Because of its large amount of information,fast speed,and strong anti-interference ability,it has become an important development direction of the new generation of communication technology.In laser communication,the conversion efficiency between space and receiving fiber is an important index reflecting the communication capability of the entire communication system.Fiber coupling efficiency is affected by focal plane shift,defocus,platform vibration,atmospheric turbulence,etc.The purpose of this paper is to suppress the influence of various internal and external factors on the coupling efficiency by optimizing structural design and solving methods,thereby improving the fiber coupling efficiency.The fiber switch mechanism and main interference factors for laser communication are analyzed.The free-field-fiber mode relationship is derived and verified,and the corresponding theoretical model is established.The internal and external factors affecting efficiency are discussed in detail.Quantitative analysis of main interference factors such as focus plane offset,defocusing degree,environmental micro-vibration,and atmospheric turbulence.The effect of related parameters on conversion efficiency was simulated by simulation calculation.Finally,according to the simulation results,the corresponding fiber reorganization structure was designed and manufactured,and the experimental tests of optical power and coupling efficiency were completed.And compared with the experimental data of the unoptimized traditional coupling structure,the results show that the coupling efficiency of the new fiber coupling structure can reach 67.4%,while the traditional structure is only 36.7%.It nearly doubled.After introducing atmospheric turbulence simulation interference conditions,the optimal coupling efficiency can reach 58.2%,and its suppression effect on interference factors is also very obvious,it has a good auxiliary effect on improving the fiber coupling efficiency in laser communication.
