Comparative Study On The Adhesive Materials Of Plaque Of Upwarping And Peeling On The Preparation Layer

Plaque is an indispensable part of Chinese traditional culture,which also has a long history,and has affected the cultural connotation and social ethos of the historical era in various regions.The plaque is mainly made of wood,through field research and analysis of literature,it was found that after a long time of wind and rain,upwarping and peeling of preparation layer is one of the most common diseases of wooden Plaque,so how to repair these diseases,is an important task faced by the protection of Plaque body.In view of the above problems,through the observation of plaque and the analysis of literature materials,we will prepare simulation samples,compare the basic properties of several commonly used adhesives,so that it can be better used in the restoration of plaque preparation layer.Main research contents include:The first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the background and significance of the topic,explains the principles to be followed in the restoration of cultural relics,introduces the origin and development of plaque and preparation layer,The paper also studies the related literature and research data of the function,materials and bonding materials of preparation layer,and lists the technical route and research methods.The second chapter mainly studied the traditional technology of plaque,understood the type,inscription technology and the production method of wood base of plaque,and combed and analyzed the type and practice of preparation layer.In the third chapter,on the basis of the investigation of traditional technology of plaque,the simulated preparation layer samples of " preparation layer without fabric materials(three lines)"," preparation layer with one linen and five ashes" and " preparation layer with one cloth and five ashes" were made respectively,so that the following experiments could be carried out.And in order to observe the influence of different preparation layer technologies on the deterioration degree and speed of Plaque,the simulated samples were subjected to the alternating aging experiment in the dry heat and humid heat environment.The results show that the aging resistance and stability of preparationlayer with one linen and five ashes are better than that preparation layer without fabric materials(three lines)due to the stretching action of linen and the thickness of ash layer.In the fourth chapter,The basic performance of Polyvinyl Acetate,B72 ethanol solution,fish glue and youman were tested and compared,and the evaluation and mechanism prediction criteria were the initial curing time under natural environment,match performance,durability,bonding strength and material cost.Results showed that youman in the four kinds of adhesive materials is the best choice for the repair of preparation layer of upwarping and peeling.In this paper,the simulated samples of preparation layer with different technologies were prepared,and the aging test confirmed that the aging resistance and stability of preparation layer with one linen and five ashes were better.The basic performance test shows that the youman in four kinds of adhesives is the best choice for repairing the preparation layer of upwarping and peeling.This enriched the study on the characteristic and basic properties of the adhesive materials of cultural relics,and played a positive demonstration role in strengthening the restoration and protection of the horizontal plaque preparation layer,so as to provide a basic material guarantee for the better protection of the horizontal plaque.
