Research On Mindray Information Security Management

With the rapid development of computer network and information technology,information security is becoming more and more important for enterprises.Information security management is an important research topic of enterprise management.This paper first discusses the research background,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the achievements and main views of some experts and scholars on the theory of information security management.Furthermore,it points out that these existing theories have certain limitations,which are inconsistent with the specific environment of Mindray.Mindray is an international enterprise integrating R & D,manufacturing,sales and after-sales service.There are unique characteristics on its information security management.Analysis and research of information security management is of great significance to the management and development of the company.The purpose,significance and application value of this paper are explained.Then the related theories of information security management are summarized,mainly ISO27001 and IT Infrastructure Library(ITIL).Then,based on ISO27001 information security management system and ITIL theory,this paper makes a comprehensive survey and overview of the information security management of Mindray IT system,summarizes the current situation and existing problems,analyzes the causes in depth,and combines with the actual situation of the company,according to the principles of systematization,efficiency and foresight,with reference to PDCA model,improving solution is given from the aspects of system optimization,human resources,training and publicity,budget input,risk assessment,and so on.The improvement measures are given in the evaluation of some results before and after the implementation of the improvement measures.And the effect is obvious.This paper provides an important reference for the improvement and construction of information security management of Mindray IT system.It is also a reference example of information security management theory guiding practice and theory application in practice.Perfect information security management can protect the company’s core technology,protect the company’s business and enhance the company’s core competitiveness.In addition,this paper can provide reference and suggestions for information security management of similar enterprises.
