With the mature development of the mobile internet,the internet maternal and infant product under the vertical segmentation field has developed rapidly,and become an important tool for maternal and infant groups to acquire knowledge and record life.In the competition among the major manufacturers,whether they have a good user experience has become the key to retain users and maintain sustainable competition.Therefore,how to discover the expected demand of users to experience and promote product innovation is a topic worth exploring.The project is based on the internet maternal and infant era background,and the main users are families with children aged 0-6 years old,it conducts research from user research,interaction design,visual design and other aspects,aims to explore the long-term value of parent-child album to users through optimal interactive experience,and help users to record family life and baby growth more efficiently and conveniently.In the research of the project,the author comprehensively used some research methods of literature research,quantitative and qualitative research and comparison research as a tool to guide the project development with the UCD process.The specific research content is as follows.Firstly,the dissertation clarifies the positioning of Internet maternal and infant users.Based on the main physical and psychological characteristics,consumer concepts,and catalytic demand,it summarizes three current trends of internet maternal and infant products,and analyzes the Internet in conjunction with the flow experience.Secondly,the strategy,scope,structure,skeleton and surface of the current mainstream comprehensive maternal and infant products are compared and analyzed to obtain the functional characteristics,design advantages and disadvantages of the mainstream competitive products.Then,the life style,attitude and user behavior of the target users of parent-child album are extracted through quantitative and qualitative research,and then it is summarized into four key user portraits.In addition,the user experience map is used to visually describe the user's actual situation when using the product and summarize the product requirements.Finally,according to the five-level theory of product user experience,the interface design goal of the Youbaobao parent-child photo album is established,which is based on usability and aims at flow experience.And ten design principles are summarized as follows.Clear user goals,clear information architecture,smoothoperation,usage combined with metaphor,visual interface,consistency,effective and timely feedback,user layered design,telepresence,effective error prevention mechanism.These principles can be used to guide product information architecture,process design,and interaction interface design.Through theoretical analysis and project practice,the research results are as follows:(1)Guide the practice of Youbaobao parent-child album with UCD method,always pay attention to the user and the user's task,which can smoothly promote the project research and effectively meet the user's needs,and also provide reference for the same type of product research;(2)The design is based on the diversified characteristics of users,and develops the system of We Chat and product ecology,which is conducive to the improvement of brand ecological layout;(3)Flow experience has been applied to parent-child album,so that users can achieve optimal experience of high efficiency and pleasure,and it provides new ideas for user experience design.
