After years of accumulation,well-known mobile audio platforms such as Himalayan FM,Dragonfly FM,and Litchi have achieved great development.Each platform actively expands the business area around the core of "content is king",presents the characteristics of IP in the innovation of audio content forms,and gradually forms the industrial chain around the audio IP.At present,the research on audio IP in academia mainly focuses on macro issues such as content production mode,and has not paid attention to the specific strategy and logic of audio IP for content innovation,lacking a micro perspective.At the same time,the industry does not yet have a mature mobile audio IP value evaluation system.The scarcity of high-quality content and the confusion of the evaluation system increase the cost of audio IP development and limit the development space.Assessing the value of mobile audio IP is imminent.Based on this background,the research in this paper is mainly divided into two parts.The first is to combine the sound media and artistic attributes to include the sound design of the audio,and to comprehensively produce the content of audio IP from the perspectives of type,theme,quality,and user experience.analysis.Second,based on the current status of audio IP transactions and development and utilization,analyze the composition of the audio IP value chain,study the factors affecting IP value evaluation,and establish a value evaluation guidance system based on multiple indicators to optimize the development and utilization of mobile audio IP.First of all,based on the current status of the mobile audio market,comb the development of audio IP in three periods,and point out the problems of China's mobile audio IP in the content layer,market layer,and extension layer.Secondly,it analyzes the innovation of audio IP in the content layer.It expounds the optimization strategy of audio IP from the three dimensions of content construction,sound experience,and product service,and points out that high-quality content must rely on a reasonable evaluation and development system to be implemented in business.Realizing it.Thirdly,starting from the market layer,based on the value chain theory,the connotation of mobile audio IP value is divided into three levels:cultural value,commercial value,and derived value.The three levels are proposed to correspond to the three in the audio IP development process.stage.Then,analyze the factors that affect the IP value evaluation at each stage,determine the indicators and evaluation standards of the evaluation system,and construct a mobile audio IP including three levels of impact factors from the creative stage,marketing promotion stage,and derivative development stage.Value evaluation system.Finally,based on the evaluation indicators of cultural value,commercial value,and derived value,the feasibility suggestions for the development and utilization of mobile audio IP value were proposed,and the strategy was optimized from three aspects:content production management,service level improvement,and scene ecological construction.
