In the era of rapid development of the Internet, network worm can spread quickly without human intervention, which poses a great threat to network security.People's attention was paid to control effectively the spread of malicious worms.Worm modeling can help us better understand the propagation mode of worm and how to effectively prevent the impact of worm attacks. In order to study the propagation behavior of network worm and formulate corresponding control measures,we have established several types of network worm propagation models. The specific content of this article is as follows:The first chapter introduces the research background and current situation of network worms, and some control strategies of network worm, such as benign worm and pulse isolation strategies. In the second chapter, base on the typical propagation character of worm in P2G network,a worm propagation model with nonlinear vaccination strategy is established and analyzed. The basic reproduction number R0 is calculated, and it is proved that when R0<1,the worm-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable, whereas if R0>1,the unique positive equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable. The simulation results not only demonstrate the validity of theoretical results, but also show the effectiveness of the nonlinear vaccination strategy. In the third chapter, the benign worm strategy has become a new control strategy for network worm.We establish a dynamic model of the interactive propagation between hybrid benign worm and malicious worm, and obtained the conditions of global asymptotic stability of the equilibria. The numerical simulation results not only verify the theoretical results, but also show that the benign worm strategy can effectively control the propagation of the malicious worm.In the fourth chapter, due to the rapid spreading of malicious worm,it is necessary to explore the integrated measures to automatically mitigate the propagation on the Internet. We establish a novel worm propagation model, which combines both impulsive quarantine and benign worm implement. Then sufficient conditions for the global stability of worm-free periodic solution and the permanence of the benign worm are obtained. Finally, the effectiveness of quarantine strategy are assessed and some feasible strategies that can constrain the propagation of malicious worm are provided by numerical simulation.
