The purpose of this paper is to develop and design an embedded industrial communication gateway server with the functions of real-time collection,cache management of field production data,support of data interconnection between different devices,etc.at the same time,based on the OPC specification,realize the collection data interface technology and external service interface technology of industrial communication gateway,and realize the high integration of OPC server and client application Greatly improve the communication efficiency and reliability of industrial control system.The first chapter is the introduction of this paper,which introduces the research background of this paper,combs the development process of industrial control system,and expounds the significance of the research;the second chapter is the technology overview,which discusses the development status,characteristics and application of OPC technology,embedded technology and other cutting-edge technologies in industrial control system in detail;the third chapter is the demand analysis,which specifically and comprehensively analyzes the industrial communication network The system summarizes the main contents of the functional requirements analysis,so as to provide the basis and guidance for the subsequent design of the embedded gateway server.Chapter four is the module design,starting from the three parts of workflow,data flow and service mode,to carry out the overall design of the communication gateway server.At the same time,the system studies and analyzes the latest opcua architecture,with a view to serving the server Provide technical support;Chapter V equipment testing,for the developed and designed communication gateway server,use relevant technology to test its function and operation,check its use effect and its current situation in the industrial production site.In this paper,the real-time communication resource allocation algorithm is optimized based on LRT algorithm,and the uplink and downlink communication resource allocation optimization scheme is designed.Through the simulation test of this scheme,it can be seen that the nodes in the resource block can efficiently transmit data packets.In the first slot,only the gateway can broadcast the packets,and its sub nodes can't apply the resources in this slot,which results in that the second channel of this slot has no nodes to apply.However,for the large-scale industrial wireless network,the resource waste is difficult to avoid completely.In the uplink communication resource allocation,the nodes in each resource block represent that the LRT can achieve When the minimum data packets are called,there is no scheduling in the 14 th slot and the second channel,which is largely caused by the topology.In addition,node 13 does not have any sibling nodes,and its parent node 9 does not have any sibling nodes,which results in a certain amount of waste when data packets are converged.Such problems usually occur at the edge of industrial wireless networks.For relatively large-scale industrial wireless networks,a certain degree of resource waste is inevitable.The 15 th time slot and the second channel are not scheduled either,because the packets are completely gathered in the gateway node.
