Design Of New Type HF Frequency Selection And Communication System Software

The HF communication is a communication way that uses electromagnetic wave with frequency range between 2 and 30 MHz and spreads through natural ionized layer of atmosphere.The HF communication has been widely used in dealing with war,disaster and so on because it has the ionosphere which is 50 km above the ground and thus can hardly be influenced by human.Research of HF communication always appeals telecommunication engineers and scholars.In this paper,the part I'm mainly responsible for from lab's HF communication project I studied in which is also called the software layer program of HF communication and frequency selection system,its completion status is listed as follows: 1.Existing communication protocol that transmit from one ARM layer to another one through HF radio station,communication protocol that used to communicate between ARM layer and HF software layer,and communication protocol that link two software layer to communicate with each other have been researched,so as to extract their leading design,seize their over-all functions and eventually has my works' software architecture finished as a not only reliable,but also available software application system.2.Communication frequency log based frequency selection module has been finished.There are two main part,one is the function of collecting system's over-all operation,and the other is the function of predicting communication frequency based on short term historical communication frequency data.In order to deal with the situation that there are various kinds of communication frequency switch in this system,because of its having various kinds of link-establishment and communication pattern,this software contains a kind of new designed function module that can collect frequency in high efficiency,but makes no influence on software's running situation,and a kind of reasonable storage organization.The frequency predicting module gives a series of history frequency which shares a similar communication environment with current communication environment as current communication frequency for link-establishment by referring collaborative filtering algorithm's idea,and using communication frequencies as goods,relative time,latitude,longitude,the number of sunspot as users' feature,frequencies' score as users' evaluation.3.A data transmission protocol which focus on one-way low amount of data transmission has been finished.In order to deal with the situation of asymmetry between sending and receiving due to both some natural factors like weather and sunspot and some unnatural factors like aerial's type and elevation,one-way data transmission protocol and its matching datagram format is presented and finished.4.Testament has been applied on the software.In order to fully test how much the program function and its reliability achieves,a special test plan has been designed,including unit testing for different function module,integration testing and communication testing on real communication channel.Various kinds of test tools and platforms is also applied to make sure that the program can fulfill the design quotas and requirements.
