Because of the characteristics of the ionosphere that are not easily destroyed,the HF communication has become the first choice of command communication in wartime,and the emergency communication means of preemptive disaster relief.In recent years,various countries have stepped up the research on the HF communication system.On the basis of the existing research,the laboratory has been developing the innovative spirit,and carried out the research of the new generation adaptive HF frequency-selection link-establishment system.In this paper,the application software part of the system is mainly studied,and the main research results are as follows:1.The overall architecture of the system is given,and the frame structure of each communication protocol frame is analyzed,and the composition of each function module and the frame structure of the software are given.2.According to the request of the project client,the scanning link-establishment mode of group-based agreement,including the group-based tuning and the group-based scanning,is designed and implemented in this paper.It is combined with blind scanning and blind connection to increase the diversity and success rate of link-establishment.The time control of each link-establishment operation is analyzed.Because the Frequency Management System is added as the frequency-selection system,it is possible to reduce the number of scanning detection,which is designed and implemented in this paper,and which greatly improves the efficiency of link-establishment.In order to prevent the exposure of the communication relationship,the station number encryption algorithm and the encrypted communication protocol are designed and implemented.3.In order to deal with the data transmission under asymmetric channel,the one-way data transmission protocol of short message and message acknowledgement is designed and implemented,and the frame structure of the data frame and the frame structure of message acknowledgement are described in detail.In order to improve the efficiency of data transmission,the compression scheme of digital message in short message and the transmission scheme of longitude and latitude in ship station are designed and realized.The compression ratio of this message compression scheme is up to 50%.4.The frequency-selection module is designed and implemented,the combination between the Frequency Management System and the HF communication system is analyzed in detail,and various communication interface functions between the Frequency Management System and the HF communication system are designed,and the implementation of the service start-up,file forwarding and command forwarding are given in detail.In order to increase the diversity of frequency-selection function,a short-term frequency prediction method based on historical data is designed and implemented.Finally,some functions to which applying the frequency-selection module are desiged,such as bank station optimization,new changed frequency mode and so on.5.In order to test the function and performance of the system comprehensively and systematically,and to reduce the complexity of the test work as much as possible,the test scheme of the system is designed,and the relevant testing methods and ideas are given.In order to facilitate the test,the indoor test platform is built and the related testing tools are introduced.Through a large number of indoor tests and field line tests,the correctness and effectiveness of the designed contents are verified.At present,all the design of the project has met the requirements of the client,has entered the final delivery stage.
