In recent years,with the rapid development of UAV industry,the application of UAV is more and more extensive.However,there are more and more black flying of UAVs without effective supervision,which poses a serious threat to social stability and people's lives and property.FMCW radar has become the preferred technology in the field of UAV illegal intrusion monitoring because of its advantages of zero range blind zone,high detection resolution,all-time and all-weather monitoring,simple system architecture and easy deployment.Based on the background of UAV illegal intrusion monitoring,this thesis focuses on the key issues of FMCW radar signal processing algorithm design and hardware implementation.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of target masking in clutter map CFAR detection,based on the analysis of the basic principle of clutter map CFAR and the algorithm of biparametric clutter map CFAR,an improved algorithm of biparametric clutter map CFAR is proposed.In this algorithm,the average detection probability is introduced to control the detection process,and the detection threshold is calculated by using the average amplitude of local thermal noise and the statistical characteristics of clutter.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm has a significant effect on clutter suppression,while effectively avoiding the problem of target masking and improving the system's target detection ability.(2)In the design of FMCW radar signal processing system,the functional module design and description of the system are given first,then according to the determined performance index,the hardware architecture scheme design and chip selection are carried out,and some key problems in the hardware platform design are discussed,finally,according to the data transmission performance requirements,the interface module is designed,which can provide hardware support for the algorithm implementation.(3)In the aspect of hardware implementation of FMCW radar signal processing algorithm,firstly,the signal processing algorithm flow and its mapping relationship on the hardware platform are designed,then,the key steps and corresponding codes in the algorithm implementation process are described.Finally,the system test scheme is designed to test and verify each module.The test results show that the hardware of each module can meet the design requirements of the system.Limited by the factors of product cost and performance,FMCW radar develops slowly in the field of civil security.The FMCW radar system studied in this thesis can detect the range,speed,angle and height of moving targets,and the cost is relatively low,which has a positive role in promoting the wide application of FMCW Radar in civil security field.
