Hydrogel is a kind of three-dimensional network polymer material with a lot of water inside.With its unique mechanical flexibility,biocompatibility and many unique properties similar to organic organisms,it is used in biomedicine,tissue engineering,flexible sensors,etc.The field plays an indispensable role.However,due to the low mechanical strength and functionality of traditional hydrogels,and the complicated preparation methods,the development and application of hydrogels have been restricted to a certain extent.Therefore,the development of hydrogels with simple preparation process,strong mechanical properties and versatility has become one of the research hotspots in the frontier field of polymer materials.As a green solvent,pseudo ionic liquids have attracted more and more scientific researchers' attention in recent years due to their good biocompatibility and high-density hydrogen bonding conductive network.In this paper,through the introduction of a common pseudo ionic liquid,choline chloride/acrylic acid(Ch Cl/AA)and the traditional gel polymer-polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)are combined to prepare a high mechanical performance And good conductivity hydrogel.The gel has high sensitivity and a wide range of sensing characteristics for stress and temperature,and can meet the needs of functional materials in the fields of flexible wearable sensors and photothermal sensing.The research ideas of the paper are as follows:Through a one-step process,Ch Cl/AA and polyvinyl alcohol were physically blended and thermally polymerized to form a PVA-Ch Cl/AA gel containing a large number of reversible dynamic hydrogen bonds(PVA-Ch Cl/AA gel),which enhanced the original PVA gel Mechanical properties.At the same time,the introduction of ionic liquid in the hydrogel grid gives the hydrogel conductivity,and also inhibits the crystallization behavior of PVA in the gelation process,improving the optical transparency of the resulting gel.This part mainly explores the influence of the amount of ionic liquid added on the hydrogel strength,transparency,and gel conductivity,and selects the PVA-Ch Cl/AA-3 gel with the highest content of ionic liquid as the most optimized gel preparation conditions.Through the high elasticity and high conductivity exhibited by PVA-Ch Cl/AA-3gel,it is assembled into a wearable sensor to monitor human behavior and health status.Examining its temperature sensing performance in wearable stress sensors and in general environments,the results show that the gels exhibit high sensitivity and stability.Since the hydrogel exhibits a more sensitive temperature response,by adding polydopamine nanoparticles with photothermal conversion properties,a hydrogel sensor(PVACA-PDA gel)with near-infrared light sensing properties is prepared,which is promising Used in the fields of photothermal sensing and photothermal diagnosis and treatment materials.
