With the development of modern industrial automatic manufacturing technology,the control system based on machine vision has become the focus of current research.This paper from the view of machine vision application in industrial automation equipment of motion control system based on positioning platform,combined with CCD camera,lens,lighting and other hardware components of the machine vision system,using graphic software platform OMRON FH image processing software development tools,the development of LCD screen alignment and assembly system.According to the industrial production line of LCD production requirements,combined with a variety of display process in the assembly process,according to the actual application of the industrial field,select the appropriate motion control hardware equipment,reasonable design of the machine vision inspection on the LCD screen measuring system fitting part.Based on the existing typical machine vision system,selecting suitable to the system of industrial camera,optical lens and other hardware,and for the light source illumination system is a unique design,combined with the motion control platform to build up a system for aligning and bonding detection based on machine vision.The motion control of the mechanism and the image processing and calculation are all using OMRON image processing software as the development tool.The vision system calibration method based on the first traditional camera,on the system used for camera parameter calibration,and then in the software implementation of image coordinate system and the optimization of automatic calibration,acquisition,visual MARK simplifies the manual operation process.Through the application of the actual production line,this system verifies the stability and practicability of the system functions and related algorithms...
