Photovoltaic power generation is an effective way to solve the energy problem and achieve sustainable development of energy.But the photoelectric conversion rate of existing photovoltaic power generation technology is low and the cost is high.Concentrator photovoltaic technology is the third generation of photovoltaic power generation technology.It can gather large area of sunlight through a small solar cell to improve unit intensity of the incident light.The photoelectric conversion rate is higher and the cost is lower.Because of concentrating photovoltaic modules using encapsulated integrated technology,so the photoelectric conversion efficiency depends on the alignment accuracy between lens of the upper photovoltaic panels and solar cell components of the lower photovoltaic panels.According to the alignment requirements,this paper investigates and designs a visual alignment system for 750 times concentrating photovoltaic panel.It can obtain the location and gesture of the photovoltaic panels through machine vision technology,and make the alignment platform to work through the calibration algorithm.The main contributors of the thesis are listed as follows:(1)The system is proposed,which has a modular design and a multiple camera array of the visual design;Based on the requirement of accuracy and the actual situation,visual hardware selection is completed.(2)Compared with many round mark point positioning detection algorithm,template matching algorithm based on shape is selected as the mark point positioning detection algorithm in this system;Evaluating the stability and real-time performance of the algorithm.(3)A suitable calibration standard is designed for this system and the camera calibration method is proposed based on this standard;Four camera calibration work is completed by software written.(4)First,the alignment platform is calibrated through the software written with three points calibration method;After the accuracy could not meet the requirement,the alignment platform work is completed through experiments.Finally,the positioning algorithm and the calibration data are combined with the software written.The alignment accuracy of concentrated photovoltaic module which finished by this system can meet the requirements.Now the system has entered the stage of trial production.
