With the "intelligent manufacturing" proposed by general secretary Xi jinping in recent years,China's industrial level has been developing rapidly,and industrial Ethernet has also been greatly developed,and the demand for traffic and scale of industrial network has become increasingly high,which has led to the frequent occurrence of network congestion.The existence of network congestion restricts the development and application of industrial Ethernet.It is very important to take effective methods to prevent and control the occurrence of network congestion.In recent years,in view of the traditional optimization and control algorithms,the domestic and foreign scholars,nonlinear control theory,the advanced control technology of intelligent optimization algorithm is applied to network congestion control,has obtained the very good control effect,but as the network scale increases gradually,increasingly complex network environment,for the network congestion is still a hot topic of research.This thesis takes the network of the exhibition control system of the science and technology museum of liaoning province as the background,and makes network transformation to improve its network performance against the problems such as the continuous loss of packet and the excessive network delay.This paper describes the control network of science and technology museum is the overall architecture,found that the network several reasons lead to the worse performance of network,reasons for the problem in this paper to reduce network transmission protocol conversion module,exhibits high voltage control network optimization,and elements communication path optimization tripartite face of liaoning province science and technology museum network has carried on the actual optimization,and establish the mathematical model of science and technology museum network attribute network optimization problem to the constrained optimization problem,using the genetic algorithm,the optimal combination of elements,make integral use of network resources to achieve the equilibrium state,and the optimization results are analyzed.At the same time,for in the core network switches,transmit data too much,in the face of sudden flow prone to congestion problem,we according to the research of the active queue management mechanism,using the Fuzzy control algorithm,the biggest packet loss rate in active queue management Fuzzy control,puts forward the F-ARED(Fuzzy Adaptive Random Early Detection)algorithm,so it can real-time adjustment,as the network status is more adapt to dynamically changing network environment.Finally,NS2 simulation software is used to compare traditional RED(Random Early Detection)algorithm,ARED(Adaptive Random Early Detection)algorithm and F-ARED algorithm in network delay,network throughput,and network convergence speed.The results show that the F-ARED algorithm has better performance.
