With the rapid development of The Internet of Things,ubiquitous network and mobile Internet technologies,indoor localization and others have become the focus of location service research area and industrial circles at present.Many indoor location technologies and methods have rose in response to the proper time and conditions.As one of the most widely used types of low-power positioning technologies,the improvement of positioning accuracy and stability of Bluetooth positioning systems is the focus of academic research.However,currently,the researches on Bluetooth indoor positioning pay more attention to improving the positioning accuracy from the signal control and calculation methods,neglecting the influence of the space placement of Bluetooth nodes.In a certain indoor positioning area,the number and location of Bluetooth devices directly determine the overall quality of the indoor positioning system.Traditional empiricism to implement Bluetooth nodes placement is inefficient,unable to ensure good localization accuracy in all regions,and does not consider the cost of locating nodes at the global level.A scientific and efficient Bluetooth nodes placement method needs to be constructed urgently.This paper aims at constructing the optimal Bluetooth nodes placement method in a certain indoor location,and conducts a research about a global optimization model of Bluetooth nodes placement based on indoor maps.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Influencing Factors of Bluetooth Nodes Placement Optimization.Taking the triangulation algorithm as an example,with the positioning accuracy as a criterion,we make experiments on the quantitative exploration of the influences of Bluetooth number,spatial distribution and indoor space environment on nodes placement and summarize the principle of Bluetooth nodes placement optimization.(2)The Rule of Bluetooth Nodes Based on Indoor Maps.Based on the indoor map data model,the key nodes of the indoor space are extracted,the indoor pedestrian trajectory data is collected,the indoor space environment is divided into grids and weighted according to the active frequency of indoor pedestrians and the position set to be placed is acquired thus the rules facing indoor space structure and pedestrian pattern is established.(3)Global Optimization Model of Bluetooth Nodes Based on Genetic Algorithm.Firstly the nodes placement rules of Bluetooth positioning have been concluded;Secondly genetic algorithms is used to encode indoor space,thus the mathematical models for nodes placement optimization has been established;Finally the optimal Bluetooth nodes placement has been generated through multiple iterations.(4)The Verification and Evaluation of Global Optimization Placement of Bluetooth Nodes Based on Indoor Maps.Based developed prototype system of Bluetooth indoor positioning,positional accuracy of empiricism placement program and global optimization placement program has been compared and the reliability of the model has been evaluated.It reduces the cost of the Bluetooth indoor positioning system,improves the accuracy of indoor positioning under certain circumstances and realizes humanized positioning services,which is conducive to the rapid promotion and application of Bluetooth indoor positioning technology.
