The domestic computerized flat knitting machineindustry has been developing for decades,and achieved good development.But it still falls far behind the foreign leader.The domestic labor costs are still growing,which forced the domestic computerized flat knitting machine to develop in high production capacity,and Knit-and-Wear is a good development direction.Knit-and-Wear is a kind of knitting technology which can weave the whole dress without clipping and stitching,its greatest advantage is to simplify the process,shorten the production time and reduce the labor intensity.However,only STOLL and SHIMA SEIKI mastered the high and new technologyat present.In China,Knit-and-Wear is still in research and development,and self-researched Knit-and-Wear computerized flat knitting machine doesn't come out,so there is no time to lose in the search and development of Knit-and-Wear computerized flat knitting machine.On the basis of the analysis ofthe mechanism and the control system structure in Knit-and-Wear computerized flat knitting machine,a control system software of Knit-and-Wear computerized flat knitting machine is designed in this paper,it mainly included:analysis of mechanism and weaving action based on Knit-and-Wear computerized flat knitting machine,design of Control System Structure,software design of central control system and software design of execution control system.(1)Analysis of mechanism and weaving action based on Knit-and-Wear computerized flat knitting machine.The mechanism and operational principle in Knit-and-Wear computerized flat knitting machine are analyzed,and the function of the control element is introduced in detail,focusingon the analysis of the weaving movement and composite needle trajectory.(2)Design of Control System Structure.The control system is designed by the hierarchical control method,then the hardware circuit and the software task is analyzed,and the software task structure of the control system is put forward.(3)Software design of central control system.The man-machine interactive system software,the central master control system software and the central sub-control system software are included.Focus on the central control system software design.Firstly,analysis of the function,then,FPGA design for function module,finally,simulation and debugging.In addition,the man-machine interactive control algorithm and the pattern file conversion algorithm are proposed.(4)Software design of execution control system.The design of the LVDS receiver,FIFO module and the execution control module is included.The execution control module uses SOPC,with NIOS II as the processor and the peripheral modules which are designed according to the executive component.Processor tasks are reduced in this way,which ensure the real time capability of control.In addition,the weaving control algorithm is proposed corresponding to the system.
