In engineering applications,fiber grating temperature sensors are often tested and calibrated.The traditional thermostat has a large volume,the slowly speed of calibration,resulting in waste and other shortcomings.Dry temperature calibration device has a wide temperature range,fast temperature rise and fall,environmental safety,but mostly for single-ended temperature sensor calibration,and can not be a good fit for dual-ended fiber grating temperature sensor,imported dry calibration device is expensive.Therefore,a small,portable,high precision,low cost dry temperature calibration device is urgently needed.This paper aims at the actual demand for fiber grating temperature sensor verification for high-speed rail track monitoring,uses OK335xD hardware platform and Linux system and temperature control instruments PID-1500 and PT100 to control semiconductor refrigeration devices,has developed a fiber optic grating temperature sensor for high-speed rail monitoring dry check device.I prepared the PCF8591 with analog-to-digital conversion and digital-analog conversion of the Linux driver and Qt-based human-computer interactive touch screen interface program,designed mechanical structure,through the functional integration to achieve a precision of 0.01 ? temperature calibration device,and experimentally tested and analyzed the temperature characteristics of fiber grating sensors for high iron track temperature monitoring.Fiber grating temperature sensor dry check device has the advantages of small size,high precision,easy operation.It is suitable for the engineering site to calibrate the temperature of the sensor and the temperature compensation of the relevant sensor.It has a good application prospect in high-speed rail monitoring and other fields.
