In recent years,the focus of visual research shift from one target to all targets in search field,visual research of multiple-targets become an important part of industry inspection,thus,it is vital to figure out how to find all targets in the shortest time for improving search performance in visual search tasks.Three series of experiments,which regard the number of target,the distance between targets and the difficulty of target as control variables,are designed.Experimental interface is developed on the Visual Basic platform.The eye tracking system is employed for the record of experimental process.The experimental results are analyzed by the eye movement videos and eye movement parameters.Based on eye movement data,the theoretical method of quality inspection is established and its feasibility is verified by experimental examples.The main research works are as follows:(1)The experiment platform based on Visual Basic software and eye tracking system is build.Experimental interface is developed on the Visual Basic platform,eye tracking system is taken as tracking and monitoring equipment,three series of experiments,which regard the number of target,the distance between targets and the difficulty of target as control variables,are designed.(2)The fact that the probability of finding the targets simultaneously is different as the number of target,the distance between targets and the difficulty of targets is different is revealed.The connections between search time and eye movement indicators are built which enable the eye movement indicators to analyze changes in the search time.The fact that the probability of finding the targets simultaneously increases with the increasing number of targets is revealed.The fact that two targets simultaneously discovered is regarded as an important element and the parameter is raised from 13% to 17%.(3)A quality inspection method based on eye movement data is raised.The method about how to build a standard PCB checking process is verified by analyzing the data of six experiments.The experimental examples prove its effect on the improvement of the search performance.The thesis explores the practice of eye movement technology in the field of visual search and establishes a standard inspection method of PCB board.
