Since entering the new era,more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of aesthetic ability of students with visual impairment,but because most schools and teachers pay attention to the teaching of knowledge and skills in music teaching,and lack of teaching methods in line with the physical and mental characteristics of students with visual impairment,music aesthetic education falls short of reality.Aiming at this problem,this paper puts forward the music teaching method of "multi-aesthetic channel integration".In this method,the advantages of auditory channel,the recombination and compensation of visual channel,the activation of kinesthetic channel and the strengthening of ontological channel are utilized to form the integration of multiple aesthetic channels.On this basis,through synesthesia isomorphism in aesthetics,experience association and imagination in aesthetics,integration and sublimation in aesthetics,the aesthetic ability of students with visual impairment is trained and the aesthetic accomplishment is improved.This is a new exploration in the field of music education and special education.The results of observation and interview show that the music teaching with the combination of multiple aesthetic channels is recognized by students with visual impairment,has achieved some achievements,and has cultivated the aesthetic ability of students with visual impairment,which has certain theoretical and practical guiding value.
