Teaching and research group activities are an important way for teachers to solve problems encountered in daily work and improve their teaching ability.The quality of teaching and research group activities affects teachers’ professional development to a certain extent.In order to enable teachers to learn,communicate,reflect and practice better,teaching and research group activities should become a learning organization activity,which not only adapts to the development of The Times,but also does not deviate from the actual situation and needs of teachers,and really promotes the professional development of teachers.Based on the perspective of learning community,this paper uses literature method,interview method,observation method and physical analysis to investigate the activities of teaching and research groups in rural primary schools,understand the status quo,find problems,analyze the influencing factors of problems,and put forward targeted suggestions for improvement.Specifically,it is divided into five chapters:Chapter one: Introduction.First of all,the reasons for this topic are explained:the activities of the teaching and research group are of great significance to the professional development of teachers.There are urgent problems in teaching and research group activities.Secondly,clarify the purpose and significance of the research.Then the literature review,concept definition,and finally the research method and process are discussed in detail.Chapter two: the expected state of rural primary school teaching and research group activities from the perspective of learning community.The concept of learning community and its basic content are described.Analyze the ideal state of teaching and research group activities in rural primary schools from the perspective of learning community.Chapter three: S township primary school teaching and research group activity status analysis.The author conducted a field survey of three primary schools in S Township,X County.Through interviews,observations and text collection,the author truly presented the status quo of teaching and research group activities in terms of objectives,organizational structure,forms and content,school management,hardware and software support,teachers’ enthusiasm,teachers’ knowledge sharing and practice,and teachers’ reflection.Chapter four: Analysis of the problems and causes of teaching and research group activities in rural primary schools from the perspective of learning community.At present,the problems existing in the activities of teaching and research groups in rural primary schools include the lack of goals and visions,single activity mode,fixed content,low participation of teachers,the lack of sound and reasonable management system of teaching and research group activities and inadequate implementation,and the lack of democratic authorization of teaching and research group members.It is found that the main influencing factors are: lack of theoretical knowledge of teachers themselves,low level of scientific research,different cognition of teaching and research group activities,conflict between teachers’ learning and other affairs,lack of professional guidance of teaching and research leaders,inconvenient rural transportation and underdeveloped economy.Chapter five: optimizing strategies of teaching and research group activities in rural primary schools from the perspective of learning community.Include: a clear target group activities so as to form a vision,enrich the educational research group activity form and content,improve teaching effect,make the educational research group routine management system to ensure activities smoothly,to set up the cooperative teacher culture of trust,equal and harmonious teaching atmosphere,creating a good environment for teaching and research,giving teachers a certain power.
