| Teaching research group is a kind of teaching research organization widely existing in primary and secondary schools,which has a significant impact on Teachers’ professional development and school education and teaching quality.At present,there is less research on the teaching and research group of rural middle schools in economically underdeveloped areas,and the problems of teaching and research management of rural middle schools are prominent and urgent to be solved.Taking this as the starting point,this study investigates the current situation of the management of teaching and research groups in rural middle schools in Mudanjiang area.Through literature collection and sorting,the research finds the theoretical basis of the management of the teaching and research group,that is,the learning organization theory,the teacher professional development theory and the incentive theory of management psychology.On the theoretical basis,combined with the researcher’s own work experience,taking the teaching and research group of rural middle schools in Mudanjiang area as the research object,through the way of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the system construction,management functions,cultural activities In addition,taking school C as a case school,interview and investigate the corresponding leaders and teachers to learn more about the current situation of teaching and research in rural middle schools.The study found that there are some problems in the teaching and research group of rural middle schools in Mudanjiang area,such as the imperfect system of teaching and research group,the inadequate management,the lack of cultural activities,the lack of material environment and the lack of initiative of teachers’ teaching and research.On this basis,the causes of the problems are analyzed and the optimization strategy of the management of teaching and research group in this area is explored.Finally,the strategy of optimizing the management of teaching and research group is put forward.In terms of system construction,we should pay attention to the incentive system and evaluation system on the basis of perfecting the conventional system of teaching and research group;In terms of management function,we should improve the management assessment and evaluation mechanism to make the management scientific;In terms of cultural activities,we should build a common vision of the teaching and research group,give play to the leading role of backbone teachers,and enrich the forms of teaching and research activities;In terms of environmental construction,we should optimize the soft and hard environment at the same time;In addition,managers should stimulate teachers’ enthusiasm to participate in teaching and research,help teachers formulate career development plans,and constantly improve teachers’ professional ability. |
