purpose of research:It is difficult for beginners to master the knee flexion Angle and ankle rotation Angle when learning and training.In the process of exercise,the hip-knee strategy and knee-ankle strategy cannot be timely used to adjust the movements,so that the torsion between calf and thigh and between foot and knee is large,resulting in knee pain.In order to understand whether the knee pain after Tai Chi practice is related to the irregular movement posture,through the comparison of kinematic and kinetic parameters,the influence of Tai Chi wrong movements on the knee joint is analyzed to provide a reference for tai Chi practitioners.research technique:This paper using Qualisys infrared motion capture system,Delsys surface EMG test system,3D measuring platform synchronous collection 24 tai chi "start","right knee","lower left potential independent" in forward lunge,horse stance and crouch stance motion parameters,with the help of Life MOD,lower limb models and simulation were established to analyze the biomechanical characteristics of lunge,horse stance and crouch stance from the aspects of kinematics,dynamics and surface EMG.finding:1)Wrong horse stance,forward lunge,and crouch stance movements mainly affect the mean activation levels of the ventutorolateral,lateral gastrocnemius,and tibialis anterior muscles.2)Compared with the correct action,the wrong action requires greater muscle strength to maintain the balance and joint Angle,which serious can cause muscle force mismatch.3)The force methods of correct and wrong actions are different.research conclusion:1)The peak value of knee flexion and valgus angle of wrong horse step and bow step is significantly less than that of correct horse step,and the peak value of valgus angle of wrong footstep is significantly less than that of correct footstep.It can be seen that when the knee joint is bent in wrong horse step,horse step and footstep,there are different degrees of knee valgus and the knee joint exceeds the toe,which can cause the imbalance of internal and external pressure of knee joint.2)The gravity center in the vertical direction of wrong lunge,horse step and footstep changes greatly,and the gravity center in the left and right direction changes greatly when moving forward and backward.3)The wrong horse step,bow step and footstep mainly affect the average activation level of internal and external femoral muscle,lateral gastrocnemius muscle and anterior tibial muscle,indicating that the wrong action has a large load on internal and external femoral muscle,lateral gastrocnemius muscle and anterior tibial muscle.4)In the whole process of the correct horse step,the rectus femoris contributes the most to the lower limb muscles.The wrong horse step is the semitendinosus muscle,the correct bow step and the wrong bow step are the rectus femoris muscle,the correct footstep is the medial thigh muscle,and the wrong footstep is the biceps femoris.It can be seen that the force methods of the right and wrong horse step and the right and wrong footstep are different.
