Interaction between teachers and students is an important part of classroom teaching. Interaction between teachers and students is the connection carrier between teachers and students. Positive interaction between teachers and students will improve teachers’ teaching enthusiasm, stimulate students’ interest in learning and enhance teachers’ and students’ happiness. While in the actual classroom teaching there are some negative interactions, such as simple interactive method, negative interactive language existed, and interaction of emotion neglected or even ignored. Positive psychology advocates that we should confront reality and change it with positive attitude and actions, focus the research on people’s own positive aspects, actively treat the emotional experience of life, appreciate the person’s own potential and positive attributes, and properly manage our relationship with others and society. Representative studies such as experiencing positive emotions proposed by positive psychology, will give enlightenment on classroom interaction,and solve some problems of the interaction between teachers and students.This action research was carried on by cooperating with a first-line teacher, using observation, interview and object collection method and so on. Through the influence of some positive psychology concepts, for example experiencing positive emotion, identifying and appreciating the advantage of individual intelligence, the teacher’s language, behavior and mood were changed in the classroom interaction between teachers and students, and so were the students’. Before-and-after comparison of interaction between teachers and students was presented by using Flanders’ Interaction Analysis System and classroom memoir. The study proves that concept of positive psychology can actually change the teachers’ cognition and attitude, leading her to engage more positive language, pay attention to emotion, try to experience more positive emotions, and make changes to some negative behaviors, etc. Following the changes of the teacher, the students also made a series of changes, which effectively improved the interaction and caused students to experience more positive interaction in the classroom. The improvement of the interaction between teachers and students not only improves the teachers’ teaching enthusiasm and students’ interest in learning, but also indirectly enhances the teachers’ and students’ happiness.
