The Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)clearly put forward ten core concepts,including “operation ability”,The Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)to determine the core quality oriented curriculum goals,primary school core quality mainly includeto determine the core quality oriented curriculum goals,primary school core quality mainly include “operation ability”,and put forward the important position of operation ability in mathematics learning.In the primary school stage,the operation is connected with the whole process.Students' operation ability not only affects their academic performance,but also affects their daily life.In order to have a deeper understanding of the current situation of the mathematical operation ability of the students in the senior period of primary school,this study explores the problems and causes of the problems in the mathematical operation of the students in the senior period of primary school through literature research method and investigation method,and puts forward targeted strategies.The specific research content of this paper includes the following five parts.The first part is introduction.Based on the requirements of the curriculum standard(2022 edition),this paper expounds the necessity and importance of mathematical operation ability research from four aspects: research background and significance,research methods and content,core concept definition,literature review and theoretical basis.The second part studies design and implementation.This paper mainly introduces three parts: research purpose and object,research tools and implementation process.This study of linyi four primary school grade five or six years,a total of 783 students as the research object,mainly adopt the method of test,the mathematical operation ability is divided into oral,estimating and manual computation,easy operation,settlement equation five dimensions,and combined with questionnaire and interview outline of high school student period of the current situation of the mathematical operation ability in the investigation.The third part data statistics and analysis.The results show that the overall performance of mathematics operation ability of the students in the upper primary school is better,but there are still problems in mathematics operation,analysis of the reasons include: operation interest,basic operation knowledge and operation habits.The fourth part is the strategy of improving students' mathematical operation ability.Based on the problems existing in the mathematical operation of the students in the senior period of primary school,the corresponding strategies are put forward,including three dimensions: one is to stimulate students' interest in mathematical operation;the other is to train students' basic operational knowledge and skills;the third is to train students' good operational habits.Cultivating students' basic operational knowledge and skills includes the following two specific strategies: mastering arithmetic and clarifying algorithms;Good command of operational rules,flexible use of operational laws.Cultivating students' good operation habits includes the following four specific strategies: carefully examine the topic,carefully check;Train students to standardize the use of draft books;Train students to develop good checking habits;Set up the wrong questions to avoid similar mistakes.The fifth part research conclusion and prospect.This part makes a conclusion and prospect to the whole process of the research.
