School-based training is an important form to promote teachers ' professional development,and the transformation of training results is the key link to achieve the purpose of training.Knowledge management theory has important implications for school-based training(especially for the transformation of training results).Therefore,the author explores effective strategies to promote the transformation of school-based training results of high school teachers from the perspective of knowledge management.This study takes S high school in T city of H province as a case,through the questionnaire survey of 306 teachers and interview of 11 teachers,to understand their true feelings before,during and after the training,as well as the management of school-based training achievements transformation link,so as to analyze the overall situation of S high school teacher training and training transformation link.The study found that although S high school attaches great importance to school-based training,encourage teachers to actively participate in training,but due to the school ' s own school-based training management system there are some problems,school-based training and training process is not complete,so that S high school school-based training results into a spontaneous state,the knowledge sharing of training results is not sufficient,the level of transformation of training results is low.From the perspective of knowledge management analysis of the causes of the above problems include : knowledge management awareness is weak,the relevant parties to the results of the transformation of cognitive ambiguity;knowledge management theory reserves insufficient,training project design defects;lack of knowledge management system,the organizational guarantee of achievement transformation is not enough.Based on the above reasons,the author from the promotion of knowledge management awareness,to create an environment atmosphere for the transformation of results;improve the training based on knowledge management,and lay a solid foundation for the transformation of results;strengthen the guidance of knowledge management methods and provide technical support for results transformation;improve the knowledge management mechanism,provide security system for the transformation of the results of these aspects of improvement Suggestions,hoping to promote teachers in the work of active application of training,improve their teaching behavior,so as to maximize the practical utility of teacher training,and for schoolbased training and school knowledge management to provide some reference.
